For each returned iPhone, Telenor customers receive a BGN 100 discount when purchasing an iPhone 12

Telenor customers who return their iPhone under the terms of the Buyback service and sign a contract for mobile services will be able to buy a smartphone from the iPhone 12 series with a discount of BGN 100 from the price of the new device.

The campaign lasts until July 17, 2021, and is valid for all private telecom customers.

Anyone who returns their used iPhone, regardless of the model, and chooses a new one from the iPhone 12 series will be able to buy iPhone 12 mini 64GB at a price of BGN 54.59 with VAT per month, iPhone 12 64GB at BGN 62.59. with VAT per month, iPhone 12 Pro 128GB - at BGN 86.59 with VAT per month and iPhone 12 Pro Max 256GB – at BGN 108.99 with VAT per month.

The prices are valid only with new 24-month contracts for mobile services with a plan Total Max 36.99 and a lease agreement for the devices.

Buyback is part of Telenor's long-term environmental strategy in its care for nature and the use of each part of the devices. The service enables Telenor customers to return their device when at some point they no longer need it or it does not cover their communication needs. Customers receive an estimation of its residual value and are able to invest it in a new device, while the old one will be repaired and offered for second-hand use or recycled. In this way Telenor ensures a closed and meaningful life cycle of the devices it offers.

Telenor collaborates with recycling partners to ensure that every part of old devices is used optimally to stay in use instead of being discarded. In this way, their life cycle is extended contributing to solving the serious environmental problem of e-waste. According to the Telenor Corporate Responsibility Report ,for 2020, in 2019, the phones returned through Buyback service have increased by 128%.
