The new version of the YettelApp offers new design, more convenience to users and new functionalities. Version 2.0, now available in Google Play and Apple App Store was presented today at this year’s Yettel #ParkOffice.
The free YettelApp allow customers to check their current bill and monthly invoice and to extract detailed usage info. Users may also track their minutes, data and SMS bundles and to activate new bundles. With YettelApp , customers may also securely and easily pay their monthly bills with a bank card and manage the services they use.
The new version 2.0 offers more convenience to users and even easier navigation with all of the most important information readily available on the app’s start screen. Users now may choose which element of their subscription plan to be displayed on the start screen for easier tracking. Whenever a client’s mobile data bundle use reaches specific levels, a special button will appear to allow for nice and easy purchase of additional data.
Information of the user’s current bill and outstanding monthly invoices is now also available at a glance on the start screen and an option for ‘one-touch’ payment also available when needed..
The new More menu offer fast access to the Yettel internet marketplace Buy Online, a new FAQ section, an option to contact Yettel and a list of all Yettel shops with navigation to the nearest shop.
Customers of the new Yettel Total+ tariff plans now can easily manage their traffic bundles and digital services subscriptions via the YettelApp.
„The new YettelApp version was based on a careful analysis of the feedback we got from our users, on numerous interviews with clients and listening to their request and recommendations for improvement of the app“, The Yettel Digital Channels Dept. manager Stefan Dimitrov commented.
„Since it was launched in December 2016, YettelApp was downloaded more than 1.5 million times. Some 87% of all app users have Android-based smartphones and the rest run on iOS. Since then we had updated the app 20 times for all operational systems“, Mr. Dimitrov said.
„The app now has some 700,000 monthly active users and more than 100,000 daily users. Since we started offering ‘one-touch’ bill payment via YettelApp in June 2017 the number of monthly bills paid via the app has increased six-fold“, he added.
