Telenor Bulgaria was awarded with the Best in Test certificate for the third consecutive time

For the third time in a row, Telenor Bulgaria was recognized with a Best in Test certificate for the performance of its mobile network. The certificate is given by the international mobile network benchmark company umlaut, which has made a comparison between the three big operators in Bulgaria.

Telenor shows the best results in two categories – “Best rated user download speed” and “Best rated latency”. The certificate Best in Test was presented to the operator for reaching the highest overall score of the three mobile operators in the country.

The tests were collected by umlaut in a 24-week period between March and September 2020. The score is focused on measuring user experience, and it is based on 50.3 million samples covering 96.8% of the Population area.

“It is an important achievement for us and a great recognition that we receive the Best in Test certificate for the third time in a row. We accept this as a positive signal that our aim for development and higher goals yields results. umlaut is an international consultancy, benchmarking the quality of mobile networks in over 120 countries around the globe and its main goal is, through holding independent measurements and analysis of collected data, to recognize telecommunication services providers for the results they achieved. In Bulgaria, umlaut analyzes the performance of all three major mobile operators’ networks since 2019.
