Telenor won six awards at the Career Show Awards 2020. The company was recognized with two gold awards in the “Strategy for tolerance and inclusion” and “Green practices” categories, two silver awards in the “Best employer – telecommunications" and “Strategy for crisis management” categories, and bronze awards in the “Usage of technologies for HR” and “Innovations in recruiting”.
The golden awards were rewarded for the Open Mind program for professional development of people with disabilities, which sixth edition has started at the end of last month, and in the beginning of November, the company shared its experience with representatives of the responsible businesses. The telecom’s green practices, united under the message “The green DNA of Telenor”, were also rewarded with the highest golden prize.
Telenor’s overall strategy as a responsible employer and its COVID-19 crisis management were recognized with a silver.
The mobile app for internal processes and news digitalization Digital Office and the Hub by Telenor intern program were rewarded with bronze awards.

Career Show Awards is an entirely online competition, rewarding the best practices in attracting, retaining and developing of employees and awards the most successful strategies in the employer branding field in Bulgaria. In the 2020 edition of the competition, a total of 326 applications were submitted by various companies.
