Telenor customers can manage a variety of services for their contract numbers with MyTelenor app

Telenor customers who have more than one number from the operator can now manage all their numbers through the MyTelenor Bulgaria application , and not only the one they have used to log in to their account in the app. This is already possible by a new application functionality, which is now active and available for both Android and iOS users, in the AppStore, GooglePlay and Huawei AppGallery.

The new functionality of MyTelenor Bulgaria can be used by both private and corporate clients with small business, who use a subscription plan numbers and who have set an authorization level - basic number / administrator number for the number they use to log in to the application. The level of authorization should be set by the holder in a Telenor store.

The new functionalities that the contract holder has is that he/she can now monitor and manage a variety of services for his/her contract numbers online and in real time. This includes access to subscription plan information for each number, for consumption, for current bills, and active services. The updated version of the MyTelenor Bulgaria app allows payment for a selected number, recharge of a prepaid number, activation or deactivation of digital services, management of roaming services, adding roaming packages, additional MB packages, traffic packages.

The client can access and manage these services from the various menu options in his/her account in the MyTelenor application - Home, Accounts, Payments, Services, More.

To take advantage of the new functionality of My Telenor, customers need to install the latest version of the application - MyTelenor 3.0.0.

The added functionality expands the rich set of functionalities that the application provides for customers.
