Telenor customers now receive invoices in electronic format through the MyTelenor app by default

Telenor Bulgaria released a new version of the MyTelenor mobile app which offers customers substantial improvements in the electronic access to their invoices. The operator now provides customers’ monthly invoices in electronic format through the app and its web portal by default.

The customers who have their access set as “Main number” or “Administrator number” will have access to their invoices and detailed bills for the last six months and detailed consumption data if it was requested. Customers with more than one number will be able to get this data for all numbers registered at the same EGN or Bulstat numbers.

All customers will get access to detailed bill and current usage for the number they are currently logged in with at the MyTelenor app.

MyTelenor is a free Telenor app available for Android and iOS which allows customers to conveniently track their usage and expenses, pay their monthly bills and manage various other services. With the app, users may also check their monthly invoices for the last six months, download a PDF with detailed usage information and easily find and navigate to the nearest Telenor shop, and other services.
