Telenor to open all shops on March 16, 2020

Yettel is to close all shops across the country in compliance to ordinance of minister of health of Republic of Bulgaria until March 15.

All shops will open on Monday, March 16, 2020, with strict adherence to the rules for prevention of spreading viruses, including regular disinfections and introduction of restrictions to the number of visitors in the shop in any given moment.

Yettel will continue to inform its customers for any further developments. Full information on the Yettel activities and the alternative self-service channels will be published and regularly updated at Stay at home.

Yettel would like to remind all of its clients that its most popular services are also available online or via the free YettelApp app and are the best solution to mitigate risks during the ongoing coronavirus and seasonal flu emergencies. Monthly bill payment and pre-paid top-up will be possible via YettelApp, via epay.bg and online banking or with payment at ATM.

The MyTelеnor app (available for iOS and Android) offers easy current usage and bill check, and secure monthly bill payments with a bank card. It also allows users to pay the bills of family members or friends.

Yettel made the YettelApp app available to all subscribers and pre-paid users in Bulgaria, even those with barred outgoing or incoming calls and mobile data. YettelApp usage does not deplete MB from the mobile data bundle. This way, all Yettel customers will be able to pay their monthly bills and top-up their pre-paid credit with no interruptions.

Yettel corporate customers may use all the functionalities in the Business Portal at business.yettel.bg, including service management and usage status check.

In the Yettel internet store, available at the official website www.yettel.bg user may sign new mobile service contracts and purchase devices and accessories.
