Telenor appeals to all customers to„Stay at home“ and join the efforts for tackling the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The operator will provide additional opportunities to stay connected to their families and friends to manage their businesses and to receive the necessary information.
As of March 18, and until April 18, 2020, Telenor will offer additional bundles of call minutes and mobile data as well as access to its digital services at no additional charge.
All Telenor customers – post-paid, pre-paid and corporate, may opt for additional bundle of 1000 minutes for calls to all networks in Bulgaria. The bundle can be activated by sending “1” to short number 1234. Customers may also activate, at no additional cost, a bundle of 10,000 MB of mobile data at maximum speed, by clicking at the special banner in the MyTelenor.
All subscription plans customers, including corporate clients, may get a 30-day access to all digital services, includingDeezer, HBO GO, Play Diema Xtra, Nickelodeon , BubaPlay, Bookmate and Capital. Customers have to activate the respective service in the MyTelenor app. After 30 days the services will be automatically deactivated, no action from the clients required.
Telenor’s business clients may use a free SMS bundle to text all their employees, included in the specific group. The activation of this bundle is possible through the business portal https://business.telenor.bg/.
Telenor would like to remind that all its shops will open again on Monday, March 16, 2020, with reduced business hours and strict adherence to the rules for prevention of spreading viruses, including regular disinfections and introduction of restrictions to the number of visitors in the shop in any given moment. Shops will be sanitized several times a day and this will include disinfection of all work surfaces, demo devices, computers, door handles, etc. All shop assistants will use gloves and protection masks. If deemed necessary, service will be interrupted for sanitizing. Telenor would like to thank all shop customers for their patience and understanding.
Telenor would like to remind that its most popular services are also available online or via the MyTelenor app and are the best solution to mitigate risks during the ongoing coronavirus and seasonal flu emergencies.
With MyTelenor app, users can check their current usage quickly and easily and to pay securely and conveniently their monthly bill with a bank card and, if necessary, the bills of their relatives and friends.
