Telenor shops open for business with increased protection measures

Telenor fully appreciates its obligation to the public in this difficult moment and takes all the necessary steps to ensure that its clients can communicate with their loved ones, manage their business, receive the information they need, be treated to quality customer care and get answers to all their queries.

Therefore, Telenor shop remain open, at reduced business hours and with strict protections measures for customers and employees. All operator shops, except for shops located in malls, are open 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Strict anti-viral protection rules are in force in all shops. All locations are subject to several full disinfections per day with all work surfaces, computers, POS terminals, demo devices, door handles, etc., thoroughly sanitized. All shop assistants use protective masks and gloves. In necessary, customer service is being interrupted for disinfection. The number of visitors simultaneously in the shop is restricted to the number of available assistants and mandatory 1 m distance between them is in force. Card payments are highly recommended with customers asked to apply cards to POS terminals by themselves.

In case of queues at the shops, it is highly recommended members of the public to keep a 2 meters distance between each other.
