Telenor updates the payments through the MyTelenor app

The latest version of the MyTelenor mobile app provides a complete refresh of the debit or credit card payments options. Telenor’s customers can pay their bill, the bill of another customer number or charge a number using the pre-paid services of the operator easily, quickly and conveniently.

When paying, customers can choose to save the card they pay with, so they may use it again for following payments. Customers who choose to save their card information can also use the automatic monthly bill payment option of the app. All users have access to the full history of their successful and unsuccessful payments in the “History” tab.

MyTelenor users can also easily pay the bill of another client number and to find out what the client number of their friends and relatives are. To do this, they have to input the phone number and the birthdate of the specific contract holder. MyTelenor allows saving and renaming client numbers, so users can easily choose the right ones for future payments.

The card payments in MyTelenor are possible with both Visa and Mastercard cards. All new payment options are available through the “Payments” menu in version 2.6.0 of MyTelenor.

MyTelenor is a free Telenor app available for Android and iOS which allows customers to conveniently track their usage and expenses, pay their monthly bills and manage various other services. With the app, users may also check their monthly invoices for the last six months, download a PDF with detailed usage information and easily find and navigate to the nearest Telenor shop, and other services.
