More than 600 young people applied for participation in the fifth edition of the internship program Hub by Telenor. Through it, they can get the opportunity to work and develop their professional skills in a real business environment. The positions in Telenor for which the future professionals applied were in various business areas, including Marketing, Trade, Finance and Technology.

We are happy with the great interest in our internship program and we accept it as proof that we are putting our efforts in the right direction", said Galina Chuleva, Chief People and Culture Officer at Telenor.
The first stage of the selection has already been completed, the candidates have two more steps in the process before it is announced at the end of October who are the ten future interns in the Telenor team.
The internship in Telenor lasts 12 months, during which the young people will gain valuable practical experience as part of Telenor team working on key company projects. Each intern will be presented with an individual development plan, consistent with the current business and strategic goals. During the internship, participants will have the opportunity to take part in numerous initiatives, trainings and events prepared especially for them. For the five years of its implementation, more than 50 interns have participated in the program, more than half of whom are employed on a permanent contract in the company after the internship.
