Fake Page of Telenor on Instagram collects personal data

There is a fake Instagram page with the following username – telenor.bgg, that is illegally using the name and the logo of Telenor and is collecting personal data from users so that they can participate in a tombola. Telenor Bulgaria informs that the abovementioned fake page is not related to the company in any way and advises customers not to follow that Instagram account in order to keep their personal data safe.

Information about the business hours of the Telenor shops in December

The Telenor shops will have changed business hours in December. Between December 19 and 22 the operator’s shops across the country will be open 9:00 to 20:00 while the stores in the trade centers will be open with the business hours of the respective location. The shop in Sofia Business Park will have its regular opening times and will be closed on the official non-working days. More than 2500 children from 15 cities completed online safety trainings in 2018.

More than 2500 children from 28 schools in 15 Bulgarian cities completed successfully online safety trainings in 2018. They were conducted within the Cyberscout Program, organized by the Safer Internet Center and Telenor, and as part of “Dr. OhZabi” Initiative.
