Telenor offers add-ons for unlimited calls to the operator’s network for pre-paid users

Telenor offers new add-ons with unlimited call minutes within the operator’s mobile network for its standard pre-paid plan . The new pre-paid add-ons are valid for one, seven or 30 days. The one-day unlimited add-on for calls within Telenor’s mobile network comes at just BGN 0.99, while the seven-day add-on is tagged BGN 4.99 and the 30-day add-on is priced only BGN 12.99, all deductible from the user’s airtime credit. Telenor to support the Earth Hour initiative again

Telenor will join the Earth Hour initiative of the international environmental organization WWF for a tenth year in a row. At the annual event, millions of people and organizations from all over the world turn off appliances and lights for an hour to show their support for the fight against climate change. Telenor agrees to sell its Central and Eastern European assets to PPF Group for EUR 2.8 bn

Board to propose special dividend of NOK 4.40 per share Telenor has entered into an agreement to sell its assets in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) to PPF Group for EUR 2.8 billion (around NOK 27 bn) on an enterprise value basis. The Board of Directors of Telenor intends to ask the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for authorisation to distribute a special dividend of NOK 4.40 per share. First generation digital parents learn how to protect their children on the Internet at the parents forum IT’S UP TO US

97% of Bulgarians children use the Internet and 93% of them access the global network daily or almost every day, mainly using the social media. 40% of children's profiles in Facebook are public, which leads to a number of safety issues. One of them is the common practice of children lying about their age while signing up to social media.
