Up to BGN 40 for Google Play purchases via Pay with Telenor for buyers of select Samsung smartphones in February

Telenor will refund digital content purchases from Google Play paid for via the Pay with Telenor service for up to BGN 40 to all customers who purchase Samsung Galaxy S8 , Galaxy S8+ or Samsung Galaxy Note8 smartphones from the operator in February. The offer is valid for all new and existing Telenor customers who purchase any of this devices in cash or on a lease between February 1 and 28, 2018, with a 24-month subscription for a Тоtal plan with monthly fee of BGN 24.99 or higher. Telenor has received expression of interest for its mobile operations in Central and Eastern Europe

Telenor has received inbound and unsolicited interest for its Central and Eastern Europe portfolio consisting of the mobile operations in Hungary, Bulgaria, Montenegro and Serbia. With a view of creating shareholder value, Telenor has engaged in a process to evaluate the interest received. Telenor expects to conduct these assessments in the first quarter of 2018. The assessment will not impact Telenor's operations, customers or employees. Telenor reduces premature contract termination fees for residential customers

Telenor reduces the fees that residential customers owe in case of termination of mobile and fixed services contracts before the expiration of the contract term. As of January 12, 2018, in case of premature contract termination, Telenor customers will have to pay no more than three standard monthly fees, depending on their subscription plan, regardless of the contract term (12 or 24 months). Previously, customers had to pay all outstanding monthly fees until the end of the contract term.
