Telenor welcomes ten interns in the Hub by Telenor program

Yesterday Telenor welcomed the first participants in its new Hub by Telenor internship program with an official ceremony at its headquarters in Sofia.

During the next 12 months, ten young people will be working on various projects with an international team of experts in an open and stimulating work environment. They will receive a motivating remuneration package including benefits. Interns will also have the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice, gain new business skills and prove themselves as professionals. After the initial 1-year period, the top performers will be offered a permanent job in Telenor.

Interns will join the company next week. Denis Stefanov and Lyuba Petrova will join the Commercial Portfolio division, Elena Nikolaeva and Simona Georgieva will be part of Consumer and SOHO Marketing team, and Georgi Bozhinov will join the Network Operations Centre. Georgi Chelenkov and Nadya Angelova will be interns in the IT division, Ahmed Kalkov and Hristo Dimitrov will work in the Big Data field, and Kaya Parashevova will join the HR division.

Hub by Telenor targets active and ambitious young people passionate about mobile and digital technology, giving them a chance of an early career start. The program’s first edition was open to both students and graduates. Candidates needed to send a creative CV in order to apply and shortlisted ones were invited to solve a specially designed digital escape room challenge. The final stage included personal interviews
