07 August 2018Telenor’s business customers can now order devices online through the company’s Business Portal
A new module in the Business Portal of Telenor allows the business customers of the telecom to order online chosen phones and tablets. The service is available to all companies serviced by sales representative of Telenor.
The delivery is made by a courier within a few days after ordering at a specified by the customer address. The recipient of the delivery will be notified by e-mail notification at each stage of the execution, and the user of the portal (the company's administrator) has a detailed history and current status of all submitted requests.
The Business Portal is Telenor's digital channel, which aims to digitize the processes related to administering corporate phone numbers, including:
• Control and allocation of costs for each employee;
• Managing subscriptions and services for each phone number in the business group;
• SMS campaigns to employees, clients or partners of the company;
• Managing additional user profiles;
• Managing employee data;
• The Business Portal is an entry point for Telenor’s fleet service.
