Telenor, Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria extend telecom services provider agreement

Telenor Bulgaria will continue to provide full range of mobile and fixed telecommunication services to Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company Bulgaria AD until the end of 2017.

Telenor will continue to offer fast, convenient and safe communications management to the company and reliable, secure and high-quality connectivity with its clients and partners at highly optimized costs.

Telenor had already implemented direct connectivity between the client’s offices and the Telenor network and had built a mobile virtual private network (mVPN), which is fully integrated with the company’s fixed network, ensuring quality communication between all mobile and fixed line phone numbers within Coca-Cola НВС Bulgaria.

The special Business Self-Care Portal, developed under Coca-Cola НВС Bulgaria specifications, is major part of the agreement and allows the company to automatically and effectively manage its mobile subscriptions, to order new mobile devices and to generate various reports on its telecommunication service consumption. This portal proved an effective solution and is now available, as a service, to all Telenor corporate customers.
