Telenor launches the multiSIM service for all customers with subscription

The service allows the use of one number and one tariff plan on two devices

Telenor offers its new additional service multiSIM to all customers on a subscription with included mobile voice service. Thanks to it, it is possible to use one number on both a smartphone and a smart watch anywhere, anytime in Bulgaria. The service can be activated through the MyTelenor Bulgaria application and has a monthly fee of BGN 4.99, VAT included.

multiSIM gives the advantage to use the basics of the customer's preferred subscription plan such as minutes and mobile data, without the need for both devices to be in proximity. This gives customers the freedom to move around without the phone and not lose touch.

The multiSIM service is suitable for all Telenor customers leading an active lifestyle. During sports, while out with friends or while just shopping - multiSIM allows you to talk and surf the Internet while the phone is at home and your hands are free. With the new Telenor service customers will be able to take advantage of the full capabilities of their smart watches.

The smartphone as a main device can work with both a regular / physical SIM card and eSIM, depending on the personal preferences of the customer. The smartwatch also must support the eSIM functionality aligned with the specified characteristics of the manufacturers. These include SAMSUNG's new Galaxy Watch4 series smartwatches and the HUAWEI Watch 3 series.
