Telenor is to offer to all post-paid subscribers roaming services in the European Union (EU) at prices below the regulated as of April 30.
Unlike clients of other Bulgarian operators, Telenor subscribers who travel to the EU will enjoy roaming services while keeping their monthly bundles of national minutes, texts and data intact and will instead benefit of the new extremely low roaming prices.
A minute of outgoing calls to Bulgaria or any other EU country in roaming will cost only 11.7 stotinki, just as much as a МВ of data. Incoming calls will be charged at just 2.6 stotinki per minute while sending a text message (SMS) will cost only 3.6 stotinki.
Telenor pre-paid users will also enjoy roaming services within the EU at improved prices. Users who have national call minutes bundles will be able to use them abroad and every call minute will be charged additional fee of no more than 11.4 stotinki. If the user does not have such bundle of it had expired, all outgoing calls within the EU will be charged at 44.6 stotinki per minute and incoming calls will cost only 2.4 stotinki per minute.
Pre-paid users will be able also to use their data bundles in roaming within the EU with additional fee of 10.24 stotinki per МВ used. If the user does not have such bundle of it had expired, the price of MB of data within the EU will be 46.9 stotinki.
SMS bundles will also be valid in roaming within the EU with minimal additional fee of 4.7 stotinki and additional texts outside the bundle will be charged depending to the user’s tariff plan.
All prices are VAT inclusive and valid as of April 30, 2016. Detailed information on the Telenor new EU roaming rates will be available at the company official website www.telenor.bg as of that date as well as via call to short number 123 and at all operator and official partner shops.
