Telenor to offer updated add-ons for data roaming in Western Balkan countries and all of zone Europe

As of tomorrow, June 6, all Telenor residential and business clients may enjoy the new and updated mobile data add-on for roaming in Western Balkan countries and in all zone Europe, including Turkey.

With the updated Roam&Surf Europe add-ons, Telenor customers will enjoy more moile data at maximum speed in roaming. Customers may choose the 24-hour bundle of 100 MB for only BGN 2.99 or a seven-day bundle of 700 MB of data for BGN 18.99.

The new Roam&Surf Europe roaming add-ons by Telenor are the company’s first step in support of European Union (EU) and of Bulgarian Council of EU presidency for inclusion of the Western Balkan countries to the European digital policies.

The Roam&Surf Europe add-ons are valid for all EU and EEA countries as well as in Turkey, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Jersey, Moldova, Monaco, San Marino, Faroe Islands and Ukraine and may be used in all Telenor roaming partner networks.

Telenor customers may activate any of add-on both while in Bulgaria and abroad via the YettelApp mobile app, the my.yettel.bg online portal and at lp.yettel.bg (available for free via mobile network only) or via the free-of-charge automated menu at *123#. Customers may track their add-on status via the app or at lp.telenor.bg. Telenor will notify via text message all Roam&Surf Europe users upon expiration of 80% and 100% of the bundle MB, respectively. Upon expiration of the bundle, users will be charged the standard roaming rates depending on the country.
