Telenor opens new positions for people with disabilities

Telenor opens new positions for people with disabilities as part of its Open Mind program. The initiative gives people with disabilities the opportunity to gain professional qualification and improve their competitiveness in the labor market.

The candidates for the Open Mind program may choose between the following fields: IT, Products and Services, Sustainability and Customer Care.

Successful candidates will work on a specific project in the respective field for a period of two years. They will have the opportunity to exchange knowledge with their new colleagues, acquire new skills and learn from some of Telenor’s best professionals. The company will provide open and accessible working environment, with remuneration package corresponding to the position, as well as support to the candidates for securing roles in the market place after the end of the program.

Those wishing to apply for the program should email their CV and cover letter to: openmind@telenor.bg before October 10, 2017. Applicants are required to have secondary or higher education related to the selected field, computer literacy, strong motivation and willingness to learn. English language skills are an advantage. For the IT candidates, database experience will also be considered an advantage.

After submitting the documents candidates who meet the requirements will be invited to a phone interview. The shortlisted candidates after this first stage will be invited to a personal meeting with company representatives at Telenor's headquarters. The selected participants of the Open Mind program will begin work in the company in mid-November 2017.
