Telenor welcomes Hub by Telenor interns for the sixth time

Since the launch of the Hub by Telenor internship program, 47 interns were hired on permanent contracts in various departments in the company

Nine youngsters starting their internship at Telenor Bulgaria within the Hub by Telenor internship program. The newest additions to the team, selected from over 200 applicants, will have the opportunity to gain experience in key areas of the telecom business - sales, marketing, finance and technology, with the mentoring support of Telenor's managers over the next 12 months.

Talent must be supported and today we welcome to the Telenor family a new addition and the next generation of experts and leaders. Our internship program continues even in these difficult times and I am glad that Telenor is an employer of choice for young people in Bulgaria,”, said Galina Chuleva, Chief Human Resources Officer at Telenor, welcoming the interns at the telecom's headquarter.

The Hub by Telenor program is being implemented for the sixth time and gives students in their final year of study or recently graduated young professionals, through their participation in strategic projects, the chance to develop key business skills and launch their successful careers. Each trainee will be guided by an individual mentor in these first steps in the new workplace, according to an individual development plan, tailored to real business and strategic objectives. Mentors are well-established managers in the telecom who have demonstrated the need to include an intern in their team through an internal competition.

The internship is a one-year, paid, full-time commitment, and upon completion, participants will have the chance to become members of the company's team in the long-term.
