Telenor won three awards from the Career Show 2021

The company was awarded in the categories "Best Employer in Telecommunications", "Career Development Strategy" and "Employee Engagement Strategy" with the "Summer Internship" campaign

Telenor Bulgaria won three awards from the prestigious Career Show 2021. The company received a silver award in the category "Employee Engagement Strategy" with the "Summer Practice" campaign. The program also won a bronze in the Career Development Strategy category. Telenor was also ranked among the best employers in the field of telecommunications.

This past summer Telenor has launched the first of its kind “Summer Practice” program for young people between the ages of 16 and 19, aimed entirely at children or relatives of employees in the company. 31 girls and boys participated and gained practical experience and knowledge in various business areas, including store networking. Each of them worked with their mentor, from whom they’ve learned more about the job, while acquiring practical knowledge for the real business environment.
