For add-ons

The Add 25 GB and Add 50 GB packages are one-time internet packages with a maximum speed that can only be activated with the Internet for home service. The packages Add 25 GB and Add 50 GB can be used only at the address of using the Internet for home service.

Validity

The Add packages are valid from the date of activation until the end of the current reporting period. The left GBs are not transferred for use in the next reporting period.

Activation

The activation of the add-on package is possible through the mobile application YettelApp, , as well as through the pages of turbo.lp.telenor.bg, accessible through any device using the Internet connection to the Internet for Home service.

The add-ons "Add 25 GB" and "Add 50 GB" can be purchased at any time of the current reporting period, excluding the billing day and in case that another additional package for the Internet is not active. The consumption of an additional package Add starts after utilizing the included GBs win the tariff plan.

Activation of an add-on package on the billing day is not possible.

For example: if the monthly bill is invoiced on the 10th of the month, you will not be able to activate the Add-ons package on the 10th of the month.

Connection speed

If the included in the tariff plan GBs are all utilized and add-on package is not purchased, the Internet for home service can be used at a maximum speed of 256 kbps for download and upload until the end of the reporting period without additional charge, according to the terms of the tariff plan of the Internet for home service.

The traffic from the Add-on package can be used with a maximum speed of the service, according to the conditions of the tariff plan. When fully utilizing the traffic included in the Add-on package, the connection speed is limited to a maximum of 256 kbps, which is the maximum speed of both download and upload when utilizing the GBs at a faster speed.

Billing and payment

The Add-on package is invoiced and paid together with the used services within the Internet for Home contract, to which the Add-on package has been activated for the respective month.

Wi-Fi device

Along with the Internet for home service, we also provide you with a 4G Wi-Fi router model Huawei B311, which has the following features:

•Wi-Fi: 2.4 GHz, 802.11b / g / n standards
•The ability to connect up to 32 Wi-Fi devices (it is recommended to connect simultaneously fewer devices for a better user experience)

•Included external antenna, which is mounted on the back of the router to provide better indoor coverage.

•Ability to control the router via a web interface and via HUAWEI AI Life smart applications (HUAWEI Smart Home).

Terms and conditions

The Internet for Home service offers an Internet connection for private and business clients. The service is provided for use at a specific address, specified in the contract.

Upon service activation, a preliminary check of the technical possibility for providing the service at the specific address of the client is made. The activation process is completed only if there is a technical possibility at the specific address.

The customer receives a 4G Wi-Fi router device and a SIM card for access to the network provided by Yettel from his / her address. The device is installed by the customer on his premises, based on the manufacturer’s instructions for the device.

Depending on the selected duration of the contract either 12 months or indefinite, the customer pays additionally a one-time fee to use the device and a one-time activation fee.

The maximum speed for using the service is up to a maximum of 25 Mbps for downloading and up to a maximum of 5 Mbps for uploading, and the parameters of the service may vary.

The client uses the Internet at a maximum speed of 200 GB during the reporting period. When the data at maximum speed is fully utilized, the connection speed is limited to a maximum of 256 kbps for download and upload until the end of the reporting period.

The service is available only at the address specified by the customer. When the address is changed, the technical feasibility of the new address given by the customer is checked again. Yettel has the right to decline to provide the service at the new address.

Questions and answers

With the service "Internet for home", you get an Internet connection at home, provided by Yettel's mobile network. The service can be quickly and easily self-installed and there is no need to drill a hole or a visit by technicians.

The 200 GB package is for the Internet with a maximum speed within one month. When the package runs out, you can continue to use the package with unlimited volume data but at a lower speed of a maximum of 256 kbps for download and a maximum of 256 kbps for upload. At the start of the new reporting period, you will get a new 200 GB at maximum speed.

You can activate an add-on package "Add 25 GB" or "Add 50 GB" for home internet at maximum speed through the mobile application YettelApp or through turbo.lp.telenor.bg which can be accessed by any device that uses the Internet connection of the Internet for home service.

You can check your current consumption through the YettelApp mobile app. To access the YettelApp mobile app and the other digital channels of Yettel, you need to register in a new Yettel profile for the number you use for the Internet for home service. This is can be done by specifying your email address in one of the Yettel stores that you prefer. With the Yettel account, you can access all of Yettel’s digital channels and be able to manage your services, track your consumption, pay your monthly fees online, as well as to activate new services and additional packages. There is no limit on how many times an additional package can be activated within one reporting period.

If you have chosen a fixed-term contract of 12 and 24 months, the early termination will lead to penalties of up to 3 monthly installments for each individual customer and BGN 200 without VAT for business customers. If the provided device is not returned upon termination of the contract, a penalty for the device (s) will be calculated, as specified in your contract.

The Internet for home plans 50/100/300 includes unlimited mobile internet (MB) in Bulgaria, and in case of established risk of abuse, atypical traffic, and/or illegal use of services, Yettel Bulgaria may set a limit on the speed to 2/1 Mbps daily, as well as to suspend access to the network. The operator will evaluate the risk in case of utilized consumption over 100 GB within a single day.

If the provided device is not returned upon termination of the contract, a penalty for the device (s) will be calculated, as specified in your contract.

It is possible to change the address of use of the service only if there is a technical possibility for the new address and with the consent of the operator. The change in the address on which you will use the service is possible by visiting one of our stores. The fee for changing the address is BGN 9.99 with VAT. If you turn on the device on an address that is different from the address of use specified in the service contracts, it will not work.
