Risk Assessment

You are here

If you want to buy a device at a preferential price with a subscription mobile plan from Yettel, we need to perform an automated risk assessment. In order to do that we need the following personal information from you:
Basic data;
National Identification Number (EGN);
Data on contracts with Yettel, including summary data on consumption;
Data relating to obligations payments to Yettel;

While performing the Risk assessment we may request data about existing unpaid debts to other companies such as A1 and Vivacom, and to use such information in combination with the aforementioned data to assess the possibilities of providing you with a device at a preferential price.

The automated risk assessment evaluates the likelihood of you ceasing to pay your obligations to Yettel or of falling into a situation in which you are unable to do so. Depending on the results of the assessment, you may be required to:
prepay one or more monthly fees;
pay a certain down payment;
provide another guarantee;

Every consumer has the right to request the assessment to be reviewed by submitting a written application at a Yettel store. You can find Additional information about risk assessment and the data we require use on the Privacy Data Policy
