For the city of Sofia, the price of the service "parking via SMS" with VAT for 1 hour parking is determined by the Sofia Municipal Council and is equal to the price for parking with a coupon (with VAT). The value of the SMS is determined separately - according to your tariff plan. If you have add on with SMS, then the charging will be deducted from it, or else - the SMS will be charged according to The Current Yettel price list ( Current pricelist for Postpaid plans, Current pricelist for Prepaid plans).

National minutes are dedicated for calls to mobile and fixed networks in Bulgaria. The national minutes do not include outgoing calls to short numbers (including Yettel Customer Service, numbers from * type), calls to valid added numbers and/ or services, calls to numbers of 0700 range, calls to data numbers or fax, as well as WAP calls.

В случай че искате да прекратите вашия договор, е необходимо да изявите желанието за това писмено като за ваше удобство можете да попълните Заявление за отказ от мобилни/фиксирани услуги в магазин от търговската мрежа на Yettel. В случай, че желаете да прекратите срочен договор за мобилни/фиксирани услуги преди изтичането на посочения в него срок (12 или 24 месеца) ще дължите и съответните предвидени неустойки.
В магазините на Yettel може да заплатите всички дължими суми (фактури, текущи разговори, неустойки по договор и лизингови вноски), ако към момента на прекратяване на договора има такива.

В сила от 12.01.2018г.:
В случай, че желаете да прекратите договора си преди изтичането на предвидения в него срок (12 или 24 месеца), ще дължите неустойка в размер на оставащите месечни абонаменти до края на срока на договора, но не повече от три стандартни месечни абонамента. Изключение са плановете Джуниър и Любимец, в случаите, в които съгласно договора са предвидени фиксирани суми като неустойки за предсрочното му прекратяване.
Ако сте ползвали отстъпка от месечния абонамент(промоционален месечен абонамент), то ще дължите и възстановяване на такава част от нея, която съответства на оставащия срок на договора.
Ако сте се възползвали от покупка на устройство на преференциална цена, ще дължите и част от отстъпката, която сте получили, съответстваща на оставащия срок на договора. Отстъпката се равнява на разликата между стандартната цена на устройството в брой, без абонамент към датата на покупката и цената (в брой или общата лизингова цена), която сте заплатили при сключването на договора

online through My Yettel portal
with a call to the Customer Service Center on 123 (according to the current price list of Yettel)

If you are a prepaid customer, you can get your PUK code by calling the 123 (according to the current price list of Yettel).

In order to change the mailing address for your bill, you have to visit one of Yettel shops, to declare the change with signed of Request of change of address and to present your personal ID for identification to a shop assistant.

You can also update your billing address and review your last few invoice online after registration in MyTelenor Internet portal.
