MyTelenor app now available for Windows Phone, reaches 175,000 active monthly users

The MyTelenor mobile application is now available for free download to users with Windows Phone - enabled devices. Until now, the app was available for iOS and Android.

As of April 30, 2017, the MyTelenor app has been downloaded by more than 175,000 users, 89% of them regular monthly users, which helped the app land at the top position in the Google Play and Apple App Store rankings for Bulgaria.

Until May 10, new users who download and install the MyTelenor app and register their phone numbers with it, are still able to activate a one-off mobile data bundle of 1000 МВ, valid for 30 days, at no additional cost. Existing users may also opt for the one-off 1000 MB data bundle by just updating and entering the app.

MyTelenor is available with a free download to all residential and corporate subscribers and pre-paid users of the operator. After installation and registration of their mobile number, app users have access to detailed information about their current bill and the status of their active call minutes, data, texts and roaming bundles. They can also easily purchase add-ons for roaming, HBO GO and other services directly from the app. it is available with English menu too and can be reached seamlessly even after the expiration of the client’s maximum speed data bundle.

Users may also pay use the app to pay their monthly bills via bank card and may review in detail bills for the last six months. Topping-up pre-paid card is also easy by entering a voucher’s number or by simply adding the amount to a post-paid number’s monthly bill.

MyTelenor has high-level security and offers additional safety by allowing clients to protect their personal info by setting a four-digit password. The app also offers detailed, location-based information about the Telenor and official partner shops, including their business hours and phone numbers.
