Telenor customers who pay their monthly bills or top up prepaid accounts with card via MyTelenor app are now eligible for receiving extra megabytes. By utilizing Telenor’s digital self-serve channels clients are not only saving time but are playing for a chance to earn bonus megabytes for card payments made between January 15 and March 15. Every successful bill payment or top up can win customers additional megabytes.
MyTelenor offers a completed overhauled payments system with support for debit and credit cards. In just a few clicks customers can also pay the bill or top up other users’ accounts. All users have access to the full history of successful and failed payments in the "History" section. MyTelenor payment status is updated in real time.
MyTelenor is a free Telenor app for Android and iOS, allowing customers to monitor data and voice usage, pay their monthly bills and activate bolt on services. All users also have access to their bill history and last six invoices. MyTelenor also supports downloading of detailed invoices in PDF, a map containing locations of all Telenor stores in addition to many other functions.
Telenor is constantly adding new functionalities and making improvements on the design of MyTelenor which now boasts a revamped user experience as well as significantly easier navigation.
