The newest version 1.11 of the MyTelenor, is now available for Android and is to be available to iOS users in a few days. It offers new functionalities and even more convenience to users. The new version is compatible with smartphones running on Android 4.4 and iOS 9 or better.
Telenor subscription plan clients now may get detailed information for their usage as a PDF file in the Bills section of the app. A summary of the services used as per the monthly invoice will be presented for the mobile number on which the app is used. Detailed information on the outgoing calls placed, texts and MMS sent and the internet sessions held during the last billing period will also be available to customers who had specifically requested it. Those who had not requested the service may do that in any Telenor shop, via call to 123, at yettel.bg or via the business customers’ portal. The service is not available to prepaid users.
For better protection of users’ private information, receiving the detailed info is protected by an on-off code, which the users will get via text. Also, Telenor recommends to all MyTelenor users to turn on the PIN code protection of the app, available in the Settings menu in the customer profile section.
Other new features in the latest version of MyTelenor include that if the customer had saved a bank card for monthly bill payments, the last bank card used will be automatically suggested as the preferred payment instrument. Also, users will now get in-app notifications whenever an update or a newer version of the app is available.
