Subscription plans for the visually and hearing impaired by Telenor

Telenor offers subscription plans for mobile services for the visually and hearing impaired people.

The plan for the hearing impaired people includes more national mobile data as well as SMS, while the plan for the visually impaired people includes more bundle minutes to all national networks and outgoing roaming in the EU zone. The plans also offer 4G network access and 25 GB of photo and video storage space in the Capture app.

The clients who choose the plan for the hearing impaired people will have 5000 MB of national mobile data at maximum speed per month as well as 2200 MB of data in roaming for the EU zone for the entire duration of the contract. The plan also includes 150 national minutes, which can also be used for roaming in the EU zone and 500 national SMS.

The plan for visually impaired people includes 2000 bundle minutes to all national networks and outgoing roaming in the EU zone, 2000 MB on the territory of Bulgaria and 2200 MB for roaming in the EU zone for the entire duration of the contract. The plan also offers 1000 additional minutes for Telenor’s customer service center - 123.

The plans are priced at BGN 11.99 per month with a one-year or two-year contract and are valid for all new or current customers of the telecom with identified visual or hearing impairment of 50 or over 50 percent.

Also, Telenor customers with permanent disabilities may receive a 20 percent discount from the monthly fee of a standard subscription plan for mobile or fixed services, excluding the plans for the visually and hearing impaired.
