Telenor provides priority service for its business clients with small firms, serviced in shops throughout the country. The telecom will provide them with the option to book a specific day and hour for servicing or consultation on the subscription plans of their company group or the services offered by the operator. Some of the personnel in specific shops, business experts, will be trained specially to answer to the requests of the small business clients.
Telenor’s business clients are able to book a meeting in a shop of their choice through an online form on Telenor’s website. There they can request the most convenient for them time and shop to be serviced.
