In accordance with the Electronic Communications Act (ECA) and Anti-Terrorism Act, Telenor is to deactivate gradually prepaid voice cards to users with more than 10 telephone numbers. As of today, the operator will deactivate the prepaid cards of users who have already declared that they will not use them and have agreed to be deactivated.
In accordance with the amendments in the ECA from December 27, 2016, mobile operators are not allowed to register and / or activate more than 10 telephone numbers for prepaid voice services on a single subscriber.
Users with more than 10 prepaid voice cards may declare which telephone numbers they will continue to use in all company shops or Bulgarian Posts EAD branches by June 30, 2017. Prepaid voice card owners can also transfer the telephone numbers to other users or take advantage of Telenor's subscription plans.
Customers who declare their prepaid voice cards by May 2, 2017 will receive a one-time gift of 100 on-net bundle minutes and 1000 MB of mobile internet traffic valid for a period of 30 days for each number they state they will continue to use.
Telenor will deactivate the telephone numbers of all users with over 10 prepaid voice cards who have not exercised any of the options mentioned above until June 30, 2017.
