Telenor customers can now renew or change their subscription plans entirely digitally through the MyTelenor application in seconds and with just a few clicks, from anywhere and anytime.

Telenor’s new digital service allows customers for electronic signing of contracts and use their new plan without the need to visit a store or wait for a courier and sign paper documents. The upgraded version of the application Telenor customers makes possible for its customers to easily manage their subscription plans, saving time, and with the new digital service for electronic contract signing, to join Telenor in the company’s efforts to preserve the nature.

MyTelenor application proposes to each customer a personalized most advantageous subscription plan on a regular basis and have available the necessary information in real time.
