Telenor offers business solution for digital storage of documents

Telenor now offers Documented business solution which allows corporate clients to easily and conveniently store and analyze paper documents in a virtual smart library in a cloud.

The service does not require any initial investment in equipment. Documented can be easily managed through a convenient interface and allows different levels of access as well as document sharing with colleagues and partners.

An advantage of Documented is the built-in optical character recognition system (OCR). It allows recognition of text and metadata of scanned documents in more than twenty different file formats including: pdf, doc, xls, ppt, html, jpg, gif, png, zip and others. The service allows search in all textual content of the above-mentioned file formats and recognizes text in Bulgarian and in English with the option of adding other languages if requested by the clients.

The service also offers a linguistic analysis which helps corporate clients search for and discover relationships between people and organizations in the documents they have scanned and uploaded into the cloud. Users can also search for similar documents in the database or create an automatically generated summary of selected files.

Documented is an Info Asset OOD service. Telenor offers it to corporate clients with one or two-year contracts. The prices start from BGN 19.99 without VAT and include access to 20 GB cloud space with high level of security.
