Telenor offers E-mail management solution for business clients at BGN 1.49

Telenor now offers E-mail Lite, a cloud-based business solution for storing and managing online correspondence. It is developed in partnership with Stone Computers and targets the corporate clients of the operator.
E-mail Lite offers business clients quick, convenient, easy and inexpensive access to their e-mail. They can also administer the e-mails within their organisation. It is suitable for both small organisations and large companies.

With the new service the clients of the operator have the opportunity to build their own e-mail server and to have full control over it. Thanks to ZIMBRA POP/IMAP technology, the access to the e-mail is possible through web interface or via the ZIMBRA application for computers. Another advantage of the service is that the clients may use their own domain that fully corresponds to their needs. Telenor provides 24-hour support, 7 days a week.

Depending on their needs, Telenor corporate clients may choose between Basic or Extended package with one or a two-year contract.

The Basic package is priced at BGN 1.49 a month per user without VAT regardless of the term of the contract. It includes 10GB of e-mail space and the option to add an unlimited number of accounts. The package also includes а backup feature that allows real-time recovery of information as well as the option for creating and modifying mailing groups.

The Expended package includes not only all the features of the Basic, but also options for creating global address books, shared calendars and shared tasks. The package provides clients also the option to use their own e-signature and encryption, as well as an integration of calendars and address books from the MS Exchange (Outlook). The Expended package is priced at BGN 4.99 a month per user without VAT regardless of the term of the contract.

An SSL protocol for encrypted communication space with high level of security can be added separately. Customers can also activate anti-spam protection thanks to one of the leaders in the field - Barracuda. It manages and filters all incoming and outgoing e-mail traffic to protect companies from threats received through e-mail and/or leakage of information. The anti-spam protection is at 0.79 BGN a month per user.
