Telenor offers one-off 1000 МВ data bundle at no additional cost to new MyTelenor app users

All Telenor customers who download and install the MyTelenor app by the end of December 2017 and register with their mobile number will be able to activate at no additional cost an one-off 1000 МB data bundle for use in Bulgaria and while roaming in the EU.

The offer is valid for all users of the Telenor post- and pre-paid services who had not used the app until now and the one-off 1000 МB is valid for a period of 30 days.

The MyTelenor app is a free to download app and is available iOS, Android and Windows Phone - enabled devices. After installation and registration of the mobile number, app users have access to detailed information about their current bill and the status of their active call minutes, data, texts and roaming bundles. They can also easily purchase add-ons for roaming, HBO GO and other services directly from the app.

Users may also pay their monthly bill with the app by entering their bank card number and may review in detail bills for up to six months back. MyTelenor allows clients to protect their personal info by setting a four-digit password. The app also offers full English menu.

The app also offers detailed, location-based information about the Telenor and official partner shops, including their business hours and phone numbers.

Launched in December 2016, the MyTelenor app has nearly 424,000 registered users as of end-August 2017. The app enjoys very high user ratings in both Google Play (4.6/5) and Apple App Store (4.2/5) and had topped the free apps rankings of both platforms in Bulgaria.
