Otpuski.com is an online system that facilitates the addition of automated processes for vacation requests and approvals. It gives the ability to monitor the correct use of paid leave of the employees as well as easy access to the history of the used leaves and the submitted applications. The system provides information about simultaneously submitted leaves of employees to the company managers.

To the employees, the service gives access to their own history of applications, as well as information about the remaining leave days of every kind that they can use. The managers also have access to a calendar with their leaves and the leaves of the employees they are managing. The software can also notify when specific employees are absent at the same time and allows to create a corporate hierarchy of approval.

Otpuski.com allows access from every point, including mobile devices, and doesn’t have any specific technical requirements for its integration. The platform allows the storage and full history of all submitted applications in the company. It also allows printing of the applications, approvals, and orders for the leaves, in accordance to the requirements of the labor laws.

Telenor offers the service Otpuski.com starting at BGN 49.90 excl. VAT per month for two years for a package for 11 to 30 users or BGN 69.90 excl. VAT per month for one year for the same package, as well as packages for bigger organizations.
