Telenor offers the Play DiemaXtra online service

Telenor offers the Play DiemaXtra sports video content service to its residential customers. The service is available as part of select subscription plans and also as an add-on.

Play DiemaXtra offers sports video content in HD quality, including games from the First and Second Bulgarian football leagues, English Premier League and French League 1 as well as games from the National Basketball Association (NBA), Bulgarian volleyball championship, all Formula One races and select boxing events. Play DiemaXtra also allows users to watch live the Diema Sport 1 and 2 TV channels without the need for subscription for these channels with their cable or satellite TV provider.

Until January 31, 2019, Telenor offers Play DiemaXtra at no additional charge for the first 12 months with a two-year subscription for a Total plan with monthly fee of BGN 31.99 or higher or the Internet 20.99 and Internet 29.99 plans. After the expiration of the first 12 months, the service will cost BGN 5.99 per month and users may discontinue their subscription for the service at any time with no penalties.

Telenor customers may also add the Play DiemaXtra service as an add-on to their subscription plan at monthly fee of BGN 6.99, with a free trial for the first month. The add-on is not available for the Telenor prepaid plans and for the Internet po myarka subscription plan users.

The service requires activation in the YettelApp mobile app and registration in the free-to-download mobile app Play DiemaXtra, available for both Android and iOS or at play.diemaxtra.bg. Upon successful registration and activation, Telenor customers may access the Play DiemaXtra service on up to five devices at the same time and may watch content on up to two devices simultaneously.
