Telenor offers the Survey Оn Tablet pack plan for business customers

Telenor offers its new Survey Оn Tablet packsubscription plan for business customers. The plan offers analytical opportunities for businesses by conducting digital surveys among clients.

The plan comes with 1500 МВ of mobile data at maximum speed per month and 4G network access, valid for use both in Bulgaria and for roaming in the Zone EU and also a Survey Оn Tablet service single device license.

Until August 31, 208, the two-year subscription for the Survey Оn Tablet Pack plan is available at special monthly fee of just BGN 18.99 (VAT inclusive). As of September 1, the same plan will be available at the standard price of BGN 21.59 (VAT inclusive).

Until the end of August, Survey Оn Tablet Pack plan subscribers may also opt for a Prestigio Wize 8” tablet at one-off payment of just BGN 1 (VAT inclusive).

The Survey On Tablet service allows Telenor corporate customers to get client feedback by conducting instant digital surveys on tablet or by placing QR codes at key locations at their businesses and outlets. Users may also use a library of ready-made survey templates in more than 25 languages. Other Survey On Tablet service functionalities include employee performance evaluation option, marketing campaign opportunities and instant email notifications in case of customer complaint or negative feedback.

Survey On Tablet, developed by SURVEY ON TABLET EOOD, may be also used at location without internet access with accumulated data being stored, processed and transferred to the user interface later, when the device is connected to the internet.
