Telenor shops across the country will keep working after the new measures for fighting the pandemic come to power. Telenor fully appreciates its important role and responsibility for society and will keep providing its clients with tools to stay connected with they loved ones in this new situation with stricter measures to limit the spread of COVID-19.
All Telenor shops will continue working with their standard working hours and with the strict protection rules for customers and the operator’s employees. The shops are disinfected several times every day, which includes thorough sanitation of all work surfaces, POS terminals, demo devices, etc. The shop assistants work with protection masks and gloves and the number of visitors simultaneously in the shop is limited. Telenor highly recommends the use of card payments with customers asked to apply cards to POS terminals by themselves.
Telenor would like to thank all customers visiting its shops for their understanding, patience and asks them to co-operate with the shop assistants to ensure maximum safety and protection for both clients and staff.
Telenor’s most used and popular services are available online and through the free mobile app MyTelenor. It allows customers to conveniently track their usage and expenses, pay their monthly bills and manage various other services. With the app, users may also check their monthly invoices for the last six months, download a PDF with detailed usage information and easily find and navigate to the nearest Telenor shop, and other services.
