Calls to 090 numbers are charged per minute or per call, as follows:

All prices are VAT inclusive.

Before being charged, you'll hear free message that will inform you that the number you've dialed is VAS service. You will hear information about the price and charging method, followed by a short signal. Charging will be conducted after successfull call. If the call is stopped before the short signal, you won't be charged.

When charging is per minute, the initial pricing is based on your postpaid plan.

Calls to 0800 numbers, as well as international numbers 00800 are free of charge for customers of mobile and fixed Telenor plans when they are initiated in Telenor network. Calls to 0800 numbers in roaming might be charged.

Calls to 0700 are charged at 0.32 BGN/min. with VAT for calls made from Telenor mobile number and 0.12 BGN/min. with VAT for calls from a Telenor fixed number.

Calls to number starting with * (example: *1234) are charged according to the postpaid plan for calls within the network of Telenor.

Calls to number 170017001, available for courier services, are charged according to the postpaid plan for calls to the network of Telenor.
