Yes, on Bulgarian border territories, provided that the roaming service is active and the phone is on “Automatic network selection mode”, it is possible the phone to register onto a foreign network, regardless that the customer is in Bulgaria.
Our advice is to set your phone on “Manual network selection mode”.

How could the deposit for activating roaming service be refunded?

You could do this at any time by deactivating the roaming service and submitting a request for a deposit refund.

In order to keep roaming service activated it is required that you have been а Yettel customer for more than 3 months and your number has not been suspended unilaterally or bilaterally for outgoing and incoming calls in the last 3 months.

The term for releasing the deposit is 4 weeks after you clear off your phone number’s due amounts and 6 weeks in case of bank transfer refunding.
