With PrePaid start pack Yettel 8 BGN you are using prepaid plan Yettel with additional conditions upon activation and with each recharge done as follows:

Upon card activation

Until November 30th 2023 you will get:

3 BGN credit, valid for 60 days upon activation
300 minutes to all national networks in Bulgaria and in roaming in EU zone, valid for 14 days upon activation;
6000 MB mobile internet at maximum speed on 2G/3G/4G/LTE Yettel mobile network in the territory of Republic of Bulgaria and 2800 MB mobile internet in roaming zone EU, valid for 14 days after the activation is done.

After you register your prepaid card, its activation takes place with the first call.

Upon add-ons activation with minutes included or provides minutes at special price, the provision of the additional conditions upon top up will be suspended and only the conditions of standard prepaid plan Yettel will be applied.

The national minutes included in the prepaid card as well as national minutes included in the add ons do not include outgoing calls to short numbers (including the Yettel Customer Service Center, numbers with *), to value-added services and other specialized services, to data and fax numbers, outgoing WAP calls.

The described national minutes also apply to roaming in an EU area within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/2286.

All other services are charged according to the current price list of Yettel for prepaid services and packages.

Upon card recharging, which is on prepaid plan, different from the described above, the validity of the SIM (card) is increased by 60 or 90 days (respectively for charges of 6,00- 9,99 BGN or 10 and above*) if the remaining period of validity is less than the period of the validity that is foreseen for the new recharge.

*For recharge of 10 BGN and above will be considered also several combined charges totaling 10 BGN, made within 30 days.

In all cases when the current validity period of the top up (and/or the credit) is longer than the validity period of the new top up credit (SIM card), the current validity period of the card (or the credit) will not be changed.

If no recharge within the period of validity of a current credit, it will be lost. The credit validity from 60 or 90 days starts to count from the moment the recharge is successful and SMS with confirmation is received. The validity of the credit expires on the specified date and time in the received SMS received.

If the validity period of the card is not prolonged, it will be deactivated automatically after its expiry and you will be no longer be able to use this particular mobile number. In such cases all available credit or MBs (if any) will be lost.

IMPORTANT!

After recharge is made, you will be notified via SMS for the period of validity of the credit. Upon validity check of the credit check via My Menu, My Yettel mobile application, or through Interactive voice response Service calling 123 (call cost, please refer to the current Yettel Tariff for the prepaid packs and services), you will receive information about its validity. Information about the validity of the SIM card you may obtain by Interactive voice response Service calling 123 following the option “Connection with Customer Service representative”
