HOW DOES IT WORK

Automatic Information Service

For Automatic Information Service you can call 123 from your mobile phone or call 089 123 from another mobile or from an ordinary phone. 

You can:

  • renew your talking credit
  • receive information about the cost and duration of your last call
  • receive information for the period of activity of your SIM card.

You can change the language.

Bulgarian language is set by default in the automatic instructions and messages system. You can change the language by:

  • calling the Customer Service Division at 123
  • following the instructions of the Automatic Information Service at 123

You can change the tariff plan.

Once that you have chosen a tariff you haven’t committed to use it forever! You can change it anytime according to your needs and moods and transfer to prepaid plan:

  • Dial 123
  • Select 0
  • Select the Change option
  • You will receive information about your current tariff. Afterwards you will hear the available options.
  • In case of a wrong selection you can make a new selection without starting the process from the very beginning.
  • In case you have selected an undesired option you can exit by pressing “*”.
  • You can expect an SMS confirmation for successful change of tariff within 10 minutes.

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST

The call to the Customer Service Division for prepaid customers is 0.10 BGN per minute.
Automatic Information Service is charged 0.03 BGN per call.

HOW DO I GET THE SERVICE

You can use Customer Service with the inclusion in the Telenor network.
