After purchase of pack you should receive an SMS confirmation for the successful loading of minutes/SMS-s and the price will be deducted from your available credit.

You can buy an additional package/bundle in two ways:

1. By sending a free SMS to number 125, by providing the code for the package/bundle activation;

2. By purchasing a package/bundle with included minutes/SMS/MB and by calling 125 (0,03 BGN/call). Dial 125, select option 2 – “Purchase of monthly packages/bundles” and follow the instructions of the interactive system.

Depending on your needs and used postpaid plan you can add to your plan packages for calls to different destinations or Internet usage - unlimited calls, SMS, MMS, video calls to one, two or three numbers.

The additional packs minutes will be spend after the included in the postpaid plan minutes (exception are the minutes for weekend calls). If you have more than one additional pack, the minutes will be spend as follows:

      1. Minutes in the packs Yettel Call Weekend
      2. Included in the postpaid plan minutes
      3. Minutes in the pack Yettel Call Friends
      4. Minutes in the packages Yettel Call Yettel; Yettel Call Home
      5. Minutes from the packs Yettel Call National

 

The priorities for depletion of the included minutes may differ, depending on the specific subscription plan and additional package used by the subscriber.
