In order to change the address of your existing Yettel Home fixed zone, you need to visit a shop from Yettel sales network and submit an Application for change of address. Bear in mind, that during the initial 3 months of your Yettel Home contract, you are not allowed to change it.

Yettel Home service is available in all big cities, in the majority of the smaller towns and villages in Bulgaria. Nevertheless, if you want to make sure whether you can take advantage of the service in your town or village, please contact Yettel Customer Service department by dialing 123.

get a Certificate for port out from your current telephony provider for the fixed phone number you would like to use with Yettel Home

visit a shop from Yettel sales network in order to subscribe for the service and receive your new home phone.

Please dial 1717 from your Yettel Home phone so that your fixed zone can be precisely defined.

Your standard fixed phone device is not suitable for Yettel Home service. We provide you with an appropriate phone device for free if you sign a 2-year contract.

Please make sure that you are dialing the number, including the city or mobile operator code, if dialing a national destination, or including the country code when dialing an international one. If you are dialing correctly, but the problem persists, please dial 1717 from your Yettel Home phone so that your fixed zone can be precisely defined.

Your current Yettel Home number pertains to the fixed numbering plan of the city, where you are using the service. When changing the city, you need to change your phone number.
