Telenor to offer direct operator billing for Google Play purchases

Telenor will be the first mobile operator in Bulgaria to offer direct operator billing (DOB) for purchases of digital content from the Google Play store. The Pay with Telenor service will be automatically activated to all residential customers with Android-powered devices by June 7. With the new service, the price for purchasing apps, games, music and other mobile content will be automatically added to the monthly bill of the subscribers. Telenor invests in early public warning system

Telenor invested in the development of an early warning messaging system that would allow Bulgarian Interior Ministry to deliver timely warnings to the population in case of natural disasters and accidents.
