(Amended on 02.12.2021, effective as of 02.12.2021) This Privacy Policy is current as of 02.12.2021. Amended on March 1st, 2022, in relation to the change of the trade name of the operator to Yettel Bulgaria EAD and the trademark to Yettel. Throughout the text, "Telenor Bulgaria EAD" and "Telenor" are changed to "Yettel Bulgaria EAD" and "Yettel", respectively.

This Privacy Policy may be amended or supplemented due to a change in the applicable legislation, at the initiative of Yettel, of Campaign Participants or of a competent authority (e.g. the Commission for Personal Data Protection).
