Coming into force and updating of this privacy policy

This Privacy Policy is up to date as of April 21, 2021. Amended on March 1st, 2022, in relation to the change of the trade name of the operator to Yettel Bulgaria EAD and the trademark to Yettel. Throughout the text, "Telenor Bulgaria EAD" and "Telenor" are changed to "Yettel Bulgaria EAD" and "Yettel", respectively.
This Privacy Policy may be amended or supplemented due to a change in the applicable legislation, at the initiative of Yettel, of the users or a competent authority (e.g. the Personal Data Protection Commission.
(Amended and supplemented on May 16, 2019) Yettel will make reasonable efforts to inform users of the Application for amendments or additions to this Privacy Policy at least 7 (seven) days prior to their entry into force by sending a message, or notification via the MyTelenor application.
It is recommended that users regularly review the most up-to-date version of this Privacy Policy in the Application.
