Security and proper use of personal data are of exceptional importance for both the Participants in Campaigns and for Yettel. Thus, for us it is important that the Participants in the respective Campaign understand why and how we process their personal information.

This Privacy Policy is inseparably related to the rules on conducting and the Terms and Conditions of the respective Campaign of Yettel Bulgaria EAD but it is not part of them. It does not regulate rights and obligations but aims to explain the Participants what personal data we process in relation to their participation/inclusion in a Campaign, including whether we provide personal data to third parties. Also, this Policy provides information about the rights of the Participants in a Campaign in relation to the processing of personal data by Yettel.

This Privacy Policy applies with respect to personal data collected and processed by Yettel in relation to affording an opportunity for participation in a Campaign and the possible awarding of prizes.

To avoid any doubt the provisions of this Policy related to the awarding and receipt of prizes apply as far as any prize money is stipulated in the Terms and Conditions of the respective Campaign.
